How many other people out there have been playing this game for months on end, constantly buying REQs, have good REQ income from doing well in games yet haven’t unlocked some BASE weapons? Is this the future of Halo? Restricting players BASE weapons through shear luck? Is this how you coax players into paying money for REQs? If so this isn’t a Halo I want to be apart of.
Do you know how annoying it is to reach REQ level 6 and you’re stuck scouring the ground to get a better weapon? In certain Warzone maps you’ll see a lot of long ranged battles. Not having a DMR can be rather crippling to your game. In other games you might not have a -Yoink- sniper rifle that you must unlock at a certain level but you’re guaranteed to have other types of Sniper rifles. The game doesn’t force you to go without a class of weapons because that would be unfair.

I’ve collected all the major stuff from Bronze and now I’ve only bought Silver packs to ensure my chances of getting Rare. I’ve been at this now for a long time. I was told it might help to get the Warzone REQ Bundle… guess what? I bought it and tonight was my last two packs, still no DMR.
Although I have nearly all the weapon skins for the DMR
I’m the same level and I don’t have the DMR either, but I did the math to what I have unlocked. To unlock all Common, Uncommon and Rare from silver packs, I need 180,000REQ points when converted to ~20minute intervals for BTB with ~1000 REQ I am looking at only another 240hours put into the game to have the DMR.
lol, I was just like you guy’s, sorry.
hmmmnnn, 85 is when I finally got mine, I had almost all the various attch. but not the weapon.
Fastest way to get req’s is Warzone Assault, don’t let anyone else tell you different, more than 10k an hour is your smart about it. Bronze till you get two cards that give points back, same for Silver, then Gold, then when you have everything, gold packs cost ten but then give you back six, so get used to the strong always getting stronger faster, lol
Too bad that it’s getting harder to obtain the DMR (the Magnum on Steroids as I call it :P) since every update keeps bringing in more shallow REQ cards. I haven’t played Halo 5 in a while, but I can already see the dreaded cards like Pizza AR and Chips Magnum waiting for me.
i think i got mine at lvl 68 or 69 but i bought many goldpackets and slowed it down for me, sell all your reqs you dont need and fasten up your packets ^^

I sell nearly everything except snipers, rockets and shotguns. I buy at least 4-5 silver packs a day with my schedule. Even paid for the Warzone REQ bundle. It gave me legendary DMR skins but no DMR.
When I do pick them up I often get a lot of kills with them as the DMR is my favorite weapon. Having to find them on the ground for months instead of just unlocking it really getting on my nerves.
I’m level 117 right now and I think I didn’t get my DMR until I was in the 80s, it just takes time and a bit of luck, but I think certain things, even though they may only be rare, like the DMR, have a lower percentile of achieving just because of the the fact it is a sought after weapon or loadout weapon

My thoughts exactly, if you look the picture I posted you can easily tell the game is withholding that weapon.
If you do the bronze/ silver/gold method it takes a bit since only one DMR is rare…all the rest are higher…there really is no good way to get it early other than luck
