High Council (PLEASE READ)

HIGH COUNCIL

I lead a clan with about 60 members currently, which are all friends, as well as friends of those friends. I’m finally going out to find members because I want our clan to grow from small community to gigantic army. Below you may read some information about what our clan is like.

Our Style
We’re a clan that likes to screw around and have fun now and then, but we play serious when the time comes. We lie between competitive and casual. We’re nicer than some competitive groups out there, for we want to bring people up, not bring them down.

We believe in a number of things that differentiate us from the majority. First, we believe that every Halo member has a talent, whether visible or hidden, and that each member will play an active role in the battlefield. We also believe that every weapon and AA takes some amount of skill. We’re non-biased, meaning that we accept others’ opinions as long as they are not derogatory toward a clan member.

Most importantly, we are like a family in that every member is important to us. Every member must agree to our code of honor and create a cool nickname upon joining, for instance, I am Nexus and a friend of mine is Fusion.

Structure
We are divided into squads that hold up to 16-people. Each has a name, color, and a set of weekly events and traditions. Ranks are standard marine corps fare for convenience, and I’d like to note that not only are they a symbol of honor and experience but when gained members can get special privileges depending n the rank.

Events
Typical events for squads include Meetings, Training, and Game Nights. The Squad Leader creates the schedule, adding those events plus more, for instance a tuesday could have a few rounds of flood.

Conclusion
Please consider joining our clan and visit our brand new website http://s13.zetaboards.com/The_High_Council/index/ . Barely any of our members has signed up for the website because it’s really new. On the Clan Info section there are posts made by me that you should read before joining the clan, describing the ranking system and code of honor in-depth. But, remember, if you join you’ll be part of the “family” that our clan is. Don’t join if you’re going to quit out soon anyway. If you have any questions or if you’d like to join the High Council, please reply.
