So when 343 stated there would be no unsc flying vehicles at launch, and considering the oni experimental variants of everything. it would not be out of place to see a new ONI skunkworks vehicle that already entered production.
Since this vehicle is technically a human FLYING VEHICLE and it is basically a flying ghost, it would be the perfect equivalent. and since it already is in the mobile games (in one of them you play as palmer i think) so it could be very well possible to see this vehicle already onboard the infinity.
