I’m sure many of you were, or now are, aware of these symbols.
You can see them when you enter VISR mode. People seem to believe certain symbols (Blank ones with just lines) are points of small interest (Weapons, ammo), and ones with symbols in between it are points of bigger or signifigant interest (Investigation sites, audio logs, ect). They may be placed there by the Engineers, even, to mark certain things.
What are your theories on these symbols? Where do they come from? What is their purpose?
I found it peculiar that people are saying these symbols are made by Engineers, yet the Superintendent icon are on them. Just something worth noting.
