The good thing about hidden rank is that it will alieviate stress on lower-ranking players who see “top dogs” in pre-game. The Bad thing is that we will consistently have players in every pre-game lobby screaming “Yo, what up mother
-Yoink!? Imma Yoink! beat the Yoink! outta you cus Imma mother-Yoink! General!”. I am 99.99% certain this will occur regularly and create tension between both enemies and teammates. With public rank, we hardly ever see these harsh remarks made relating to rank. The only other solution would be to match players to the same basic rank, like matching all captain ranks for example. If players were matched this way, it wouldn’t matter mutch to anyone, who is what grade of captain, since you know everyone in the game is a captain grade 1-3.
If it works how it’s supposed to, the system will just match you with players similar to your rank. So if you want to know everyone else’s ranks… just look at your own.

It would be hilarious if everyone lies about being highly ranked because there is no way to prove it in-game. It shows how pathetic those types of people are.
