In Section 3 it says Garbled Bits … the very last period is a link to a download of a picture. I cant figure the damn picture out and I dont know how to link it here. But its there check it out and discuss here.
Cant seem to figure out if its a 3d picture or if we need to alter it somehow. Ive tried to look at it crosseyed and i can see some outline i just cant make it out.
Yeah I’m definitely seeing a face but thats just me I may be completely wrong, we’re certainly gonna need to look into this.
Nice eye! No idea what it’s supposed to be.
If you want the answer, then it’s here:

You really need to think outside of the box to solve this so if you want to solve it by yourself then don’t enter the link
Wow, thats pretty cool thanks.
I’m thinking “Recover Garbled Bits” stands for RGB. And RGB could stand for many things; Red Green Blue (ironically the three colors that are combined to make all colors on computers and TVs), some wort of extension I am unaware of, etc. I am not very skilled in coding and such, so someone else would have to look into that. I also though it may have something to do with what you enter in the URL that you get with the hidden hyperlink, or it could be something as simple as taking the message literally and finding some messed up bitmaps (or something that has to do with bits, I’m not skilled at all with any of the tech stuff).
I think this may be our hardest one yet.
Sorry about the double post; I got an error message when I tried to post.
I just noticed that if you open the image with TextEdit (or equivalent), in one of the first few lines of the coding, there are the three letters RGB, but I have tried doing various things to the letters with no avail, however.
I think some computer genius could figure something out.
thanks for the link to halo4nation. I hope we unlock something awesome with this code if thats waht it is. I can not wait. hope someone posts it when they unlock it.
I’m thinking in maybe a code like they did with the terminals of Halo CEA but that’s just my opinion
