For anyone who is having trouble with networking Desync, Jitter, Rubberbanding and ETC if you can try to get a Xbox Series S/X! It’s a big help when playing the game! I’m not saying the “Desync and Etc”will go away but it’s a huge help!!! It’s like HI is a completely different game when upgrading! And after struggling to play on the Xbox One X for awhile I decided to see if upgrading would help and it totally does! I’m just posting this to help fellow Frustrated players out!

I’ve upgraded from One X to Series S.
All I’ve really noticed are faster loading times.

Do you mean more time watching scenic views of the map while other people load?
I’ve been on Series X since launch and I have no doubt that it’s smoother than the last gen consoles but sometimes that just gives you a clearer view of what should have happened but did not actually happen.

I have an Xbox x and have been playing halo on it for about 9 months now and I can honestly say that the last two or three weeks are the absolute worst I’ve seen it. I haven’t changed anything, only use local server search and the rubberbanding , desync, shot registration, and lag have been really bad lately to the point that I’ve had to quit games because it’s unplayable. It really sucks and the ping numbers are terrible. Idk what’s going on but I sure hope it get resolved before the March 7th drop because i really want to play. I know from other people that I’m not the only one having these issues so I have to respectfully disagree that a series X at least in my case will not solve any problems. I had a game that was so laggy that I went like 0-8 and quit since it was stuttering all over. I then restarted everything and went 16-8 for a 2 KD with a 55% accuracy on the next game and it played smooth. Then I started another game and it was right back to junk so I stopped. Crazy stuff.
This right here is probably what’s gonna keep me on pc
After 1st flight I sold my one x and got series s and not looked back, sure it might not be 4k but tbh it doesn’t bother me, faster loading times and 60fps plus was a no brainer

I wish I was getting paid lol, But no I’m not. I’ve personally found the game more enjoyable after upgrading to the the Xbox Series X! the game was in a hardly in a playable state for myself on the Xbox One X but now it’s manageable to play!

I don’t know what to tell you bub, but I’ve been using a series x for a while now and I have seen no discernible difference in server connection or desync. It’s still bad and the only thing I would say is better is the load times which just means staring at the panning camera of the maps.
The connection issue with desync is both a your connection and a 343 server side issue. A hardware upgrade is not going to fix that.
I think OP is confusing a higher frame rate with better server experience. I upgraded from a One S & old plasma tv to a Series X & BenQ monitor and the difference was immediate.
