Hi my Spartan fellows I’m new at the forum need some help

How can I do if I purchased something from the store for my sons account on Xbox and I gat billed really fast but the package for halo wars 2 didn’t came who can I concact.It was a Christmas present that didn’t arrive,Microsoft tell me to send an email to halo waypoint I’d done it,even from instagram but it’s like know one care,can some fellow please let me know what I can do I have proof of everything,thanks in advance my fellows.

That’s odd, Waypoint doesn’t deal with purchases, and Waypoint Support is for bugs in the game. If you’re looking for store support, they’ve lead you to the wrong place.

Just to clarify, you said that you bought the game on your sons account on Xbox. Did you buy it through the store app on the Xbox Console?
If so then you have bought a digital copy of the game, not a physical one. It should appear in the ‘My Games and Apps’ section of the console when signed into your sons account.

Regardless, this is definitely an Xbox Support problem. If my solution is not correct then you might have to get a bit pushy with Xbox Support until they understand your problem.

And just to clarify it gave me and error code bot I was billed by Microsoft store I think they don’t want to really help me

this happened a while ago to me when purchasing another game. It was solved by me doing a restart of the console and then checking the account it is supposed to be on.
