Hi, how have I got a problem

Good morning, my problem is that I had 250,000 points of supply and this morning that I connected the Internet was a bit defective, I started a game and, therefore, I get a few games, restart my console and also the internet and when I reconnected I had changed my Armaqdura, My badge and did not have my points of supply

I assume by Points of Supply you mean REQ points? Generally your points, emblem and armour will appear again after a while. If it doesn’t after a few hours, most recommend to hard restart your Xbox, via holding the power button down.

Well I restart the console several times and nothing and I already take about 4 hours and nothing that my points I need help please

Make sure it is a “hard” restart, or a “cold” restart. Alternatively, I find resetting Alternate MAC Address in network settings works for me sometimes. Sorry, I don’t know what else to suggest.

I did not function, I did not know what to do, they were too many points and I had to play a lot to get them back.

Even monitors cannot give you points back if they’ve disappeared. Though I’m not too clear about what your problem is, it sounds like you had 250,000 REQ points go missing. I’ve never heard of this issue beyond a profile sync error, which is generally fixed when you power cycle your console. When you go to the Halo 5 game and inspect your Spartan, what do you see? Is your Spartan Rank 1? Is your emblem the standard emblem (Mjolnir)? Is your Spartan wearing the Recruit armor?

Also, when turning off your console, don’t just press the power button. Go to the console, hold the power button for 10 seconds until the console shuts off, then take your finger off. Or, alternatively, turn off your Xbox and unplug it from the power for 10 seconds, then plug it back in.

If these steps don’t help then you’ll have to hope that the Forum Team sees this post, as they’re the only ones who could further assist you.

I already did it but it is not resolved I find it very unfair that my points are missing

Are you definitely signing into the right account on your Xbox?
(I’ve seen some people on this forum who haven’t and that was causing their problem)
