Things that need to be fixed or changed:
The BR sound. (less squelch, more bass)
Add Swat, Snipes, Dubs and MLG.
Make ammo/grenade pickup a default setting.
2 nades starting as default.
Switch RB and X on the Recon controller layout.
change the way the banshees fly. Halo 3 felt smoother somehow.
If shot while zoomed/scoped, you should revert to non zoomed view.
Bring back segregated matchmaking menus, ie DLC, Social and Competitive.
Waypoint is stalling my console when launching from H4 menu.
More symmetrical (smaller too) competitve style maps ala The Pit, Construct Foundry and Narrows. (Forged maps don’t count)
No join in progress in competitive gametypes.
Tone the volume of the menu music down a notch.
Exp should be earned in campaign (not just challenge exp).
Good connection option for searching.
Update Fileshare.
When someone dies in War Games, show an X or a skull where they died for a few seconds. (To their team mates)
Add a hot key to peoples gamercard through the roster menu so you don’t have to select their service record first.
Weapons should be on the map in permanent locations. Not dropped in. (ordinance is ok, but you should allow personilisation of your own ordinance hot keys in your loadouts).
AI controlled banshees fly into the ground and get stuck like a magnet in campaign.
Just played for around 14 hours, so 343 must have done something right. I am sure I left heaps out but hey (so did they,(dual wielding, assault…)), it felt good typing this out. Feel free to add to this, even though it’s probably just one of many threads ranting about things that need to be sorted.
