(If any of you have seen my previous posts, you’ll know I’m all about uniqueness and memorable moments and experiences.) So, Neil, I like H4’s soundtrack, BUT…BUTBUTBUTBUT there are a couple of problems: it’s a bit generic and not as memorable as past themes in the Halo games, and there’s too many upbeat or intense songs (Arrival, Awakening, Desecration, Ascendancy, Belly of the Beast, 117, Faithless, To Galaxy, Nemesis, Revival, and Immaterial.) Even some of the calmer songs are a bit too intense and loud (Green and Blue, Requiem, Solace, and Legacy.) My request for Halo 5 is to keep the themes you have made in Halo 4, while also implementing themes from the past games, ESPECIALLY the Halo theme. As for the community,

Yeah, I was expecting unforgotten to come back and the HALO THEME.

I agree, not as complex as other tracks, but there are a few I like (Green and Blue being my favorite).
Of course, I couldn’t tell you if it fits the old Halo, but it might fit 343’s Halo (there’s a difference).

I was listening to old Halo tracks while playing the campaign and I can tell you one thing: it fits PERFECTLY. Sometimes, it even enhanced my experience with H4. I recommend you try it out yourself and see what I mean.
