I tried posting in General like a month ago, but it got little attention. I also messaged bs angel twice to no avail. so I am re-posting my original thread here, sorry but I would really love for this to get clarified.
Hi there, I will make this story as short, but as informative as possible:

My name is Joseph, and I live in Toronto Canada.
About a year ago and a couple days, I was lucky to attend the HALO 4 Launch party here in Toronto at Dundas square downtown. It was an excellent night, very exciting playing the newest installment that I have been waiting for.
Anyway, moving on to my main point:
I was extremely lucky enough to be one of two people who outplayed all other attendants at the event, and this proved to be (supposedly) a very good thing. By the end of the night, no other player beat my score in the playing tents, and I was one of the winners of an Xbox 360 Halo 4 special edition, along with Special Edition Halo 4 Trident headsets, some t-shirts, posters, Microsoft Points, and Xbox Live.

At the end of the event, all prize winners were called onstage (I was VIP number 089), and I went up to accept my prizes. Then I was brought behind the stage to speak with a member of 343. I gave him all of my information as requested (name, address, email, phone, postal code etc.) so they can get in contact with me to mail me my Xbox. I was told I would be contacted relatively soon.
I waited a couple months initially, and even tried speaking with EB Games to see if they had any affiliation with the prizing, I was told otherwise.
This is not the first time I had won anything, and I know that it can take a long time for things like this to follow through.
Many more months pass however, and no contact is made.
A few times, I have directly contacted Microsoft support, to be directed, but over and over I have been told 343 has no given contact information.
It has now been one full year, and no contact has been made, which has led me to believe that I probably will not be receiving what I have won, which is disappointing.
I have searched the internet for photos and records of the Toronto Launch Party, but to no avail have I found anything.
If anyone from 343 can please contact me, I would be very grateful as to maybe speak about this situation.
