It has a nice ring to it. Don’t you agree? 
But yea after seeing the Infinite demo they should give Halo back to the people who originally made it - try to rehire that management crew in particular. Maybe then they could realise their true vision for this franchise.

ID Software did an absolutely fantastic job rebooting Doom, and Certain Affinity was made my ex-Bungie employees who also helped with the franchise. I know Bungie has been tainted by Activision, but I do not know the state of the company since the split. I know Marty O’Donnell has been chomping at the bit to work on Halo again.
Either way, it is obvious at this point 343i needs to be replaced since they hired people who hated Halo, have poor management, and do not understand what made the franchise great to start with.

And honestly I’ve been here since CE I feel like super confused about all the"fans" who haven’t liked a game since h3. Not cause it’s all been great. There have been issues but either find something to like in the new material or move on. H3 was over a decade ago. If it is as bad as people are saying it will in time die. And then in a decade it will be rebooted. Why stick around being mad? Find a new thing to love and have joy in your short lives. Ok sorry that was a soap box… I’ll step down now.

Let the game die then and then we can have a proper game studio revive the Halo franchise like they did with God of War and now Fable. It is sad to see a once legendary game franchise brought to its knees and publicly mocked by all.

You do realize that Halo was never taken from Bungie, right? Bungie ditched Halo so that they could work on other projects… speaking of which, they are fully committed to Destiny. Bungie wants nothing to do with Halo anymore, that chapter of their company’s life is over and will NEVER return. Even if they did make another Halo game in the future, what makes you think they’ll do any different? Look what happened with Destiny; people complain just as much about it as they do with Halo.

Why can’t we have a proper game studio like Playground Games or the ones who remade God of War revive the Halo franchise?

The whole giving back to bungie thing is annoying who is to say they wouldn’t have made the similar mistakes, just look at halo reach. They were done with halo as anyways.
