I am an 11 year Halo vet and I love Halo4. I like what 343 did with the story, characters, graphics, and especially the sound design. I admit it the levels are a bit small for a Halo game however we will see this expand with the new Xbox. I get really tired of the whiners that post such hate for H4. Fix this fix that, the story blows, so on and so on. I understand your need to be heard and that is what a forum is for. So I felt a need to post something positive about it. I can’t wait to see what 343 does with the next Halo. Great job 343!! Thanks for not letting ME down.

I didn’t notice that you were only talking about the campaign. Likie Ramirez said, mainly people are complaining about multiplayer. Although the ending of the campaign was a little bit of a disappointment

I only say it because it gets the Halo 4 backers mad. Anyone can be a Halo fan.But not everyone can be a TRUE Halo fan
They don’t post here because they obviously do not like comunicating directly to their fan base, it’snot because I tell someone once every 7 days that they’re not a true fan. Don’t be silly.

Wouldn’t a TRUE fan like the changes? I have read read, played, and watched everything Halo and consider myself a true fan. But like you said that is your opinion. It just seems all the haters have been playing for 2-3 years and know nothing about the universe. But I could be wrong.

Your opinion deeply resembles mine as well. I can heavily relate to your position as I also enjoy the game.
That being said, please understand that there are problems the game posseses.
For one, people can spawn with 1SHK weapons(BS). Now, I don’t know about you, but spawning with a weapon that has that potential must, at the very least, have less range then a shotgun(a power weapon).
The DMR possesses another problem. It clearly beats the rest of the rifles but this one is up in the air. I think there is a poblem with it but 343i should really look into it or at least tell us on the forums that they are making progress to fix this. Or if they are looking into it or if any action will be taken.
Also, the file share doesn’t work. No need for explanation there.
The custom game options must be improved. Its just bad right now.
Playlists are also another problem.
Specializations to all our friends in Europe is also a problem.

1)Thats pretty dumb… We are all in this together. There is no need to get anyone mad.
We all post here to get the game to be better, not to bicker with each other.
2)It is frustrating to know that they haven’t communicated with us on the forums but I think the weekly bulletins are their way of talking back to us.
I really would appreciate a forum post by a 343i employee though.
I love Halo 4, its nice seeing it go in a new direction, I’ve also been playing Halo since CE’s release and this is a good Halo game. While it does need some tweaks here and there, it doesn’t mean that every hater needs to go rage about it. The only bad thing about Campaign is that Skulls were once again available from the start which is pure laziness in my opinion.

NO! It is actually the other way around. Most of the people who love Halo 4 seem to only have played Halo since Reach or started at Halo 4.

I actually thought you were 11 years old when I started reading before figuring out you meant you have been a fan for 11 years.
The campaign is enjoyable for the most part. Some levels were rather boring such as Reclaimers. Being on the mammoth, the level just took FOREVER to get through. And because of those stupid acid rivers it takes even longer. It was nice however to hear Stacker’s voice after getting teleported from the forerunner facility to the tank battle. A little reminder of halo 3. 
However I did not like the ending of the game. Though the music is great and the voice acting is superb, the story could have been better.
I’m an avid supporter of gameplay over style. Halo 4 looks great but looks aren’t the reason why older games like Combat Evolved or Deux Ex have survived for as long as they have. I have older games for even older systems that I still replay whose graphics look terrible compared to games made with current tech.
Matchmaking and spartan ops however are both in need of a TU. Not that it’ll really matter seeing as how halo 4 runs on a modified Reach Engine. Removing vehicle betrayals when friendly fire is off will take rewriting of the code I’m sure, and I’m sure they don’t care that much to bother fixing what’s been broken since reach.

You know whats funny all the people who hate Halo 4 are all the MP veterans of the game. U know what else is funny the only thing on the forums is all the issues with multiplayer not a issue with the story except the ending in the forums. Finally everyone who complains about the game being unfinished obviously never read BS Angels bulletin about the game having to be released unfinished due to lack of time from MS. So people stop bitchen about the MP because that is on of the unfinished parts of the game the only part of Halo 4 that is complete is the campaign because that is the focus of Halo the story not the MP
