Sure, we’re all excited for Halo 4 now with the abundance of news lately.
But, do you guys remember the green smoke from the UNSC weapons video? We now know it’s not the “EMP grenade” (Pulse) and surely not the Regeneration AA. Those two rumors are now bluffed, which leads me to the question: So what is it? I’m speculating it to be some nova gas-type of grenade that lowers the victim’s shields slowly for a short period of time. What do you guys think?

Anyways, I do not know of this green smoke. Perhaps you could tell me at what time it is seen in the UNSC weapons video?
Maybe it was just an effect in the video and anyone notice how that guy deployed the Regeneration Field in that CTF video on Exile, that looked epic. He like did a Hulk pose and the Regeneration Field deployed.

I speculated a tear gas grenade. Tear gas grenades distorts your vision and makes it fuzzy looking.
Or it could be a poison nade to clear out rooms and such…
It can’t be the Regen. The smoke is too thick to be it, and it can’t be the fuel rod. The fuel rod has blue rounds and does not leave clouds of smoke.

i remember hearing that the green smoke was an unexpected side-effect from firing the Railgun
it’s fixed now
