Hey Guys .... i have a Problem with Online Mode

Hey Guys i have a big Problem.
If i go to Arena or Warzone it says first: connecting to the lobby then after about 10 sec it says : a connection to the lobby service of halo 5 guardians couldn’t be created. and yeah … i did re-install the game ( it have worked once when i bought the game, but did not play it for a long time) - my nat settings are open, every other game works fine, just this *** here isn’t … please tell my what you gonna do about this, even a cold boot or seperate electricity and plug it in again didn’t help. so please tell me what to do … everything in the network is fine i’m an IT guy so … yeah -.-…

I did allready, but to the point now, they got me no help, you guys all can play without problems?

Reset your router/modem and hard reset your xbox (and unplug it for 30 seconds)
then try again.

Edit: it may just be there aren’t any available servers for you Swiss at the moment. (also Microsoft has been having issues with service)

i did everthing of that allready, all my other games are working fine so the issue isn’t on network side… and yeah maybe, because i wrote another comment with exactly the same problem like me on microsoft forums

Turn the xbox off fast start up.
I had the same problem only way I could get over it was to turn put up with a slow xbox turn on.
I.e. change power mode to energy-saving

sometimes the game not work I go to custom and start a game to loading the dedicative server and I am ok
