Oh boy. It would break the game, a Grizzly would be better i think…
Honestly I wouldn’t mind variants that actually play a little differently. So having a scorpion that is just a bunch on mini guns would be awesome. Insane fire rate and damage. Requires a build up before it can shoot and over heats. Because it’s not explosive it can’t shoot behind walls. No armour upgrades, just how it shoots should change (Health and resistances could be something that can be changed in forge. That’ll be cool)
yknow what more variants that are actually variants would be nice. Things that are the same vehicle but play different. Like the wraith and the AA. The same vehicle but different capabilities.
Well we do have several warthog variants so I don’t see why there wouldn’t be space for different sorts of scorpion variations.
Though as long as there will be that one “tank level”, Im happy in that aspect because tank beats everything.
And if there are tank variants then I do hope that they look more like classic scorpions by design like they used to be, sort of resembling a biological scorpion for the sake of name.

That’s a very far-flung thing to imagine in a Halo title. But one thing I like about 343 is their fearlessness in experimenting with new concepts so who’s to say it may not appear.

its not a new concept per say the sunevil scorpioin has been aronud i thnk since the bungie era along with a version i think called the aranchid which had cluster missle pods on the side
