I really hope you guys don’t change any major gameplay mechanics to please a couple of whiners on internet forums. That was one of the reasons Reach got destroyed in my opinion. Every week the gameplay would be changed and it completely turned me off from playing the game. This game is nearly perfect and doesn’t need to be changed. Any technical issues should be corrected, yes, but no real changes to gameplay are necessary. Who cares if ipwnnoobs47 thinks his grenades are underpowered or iliveinmymomsbasement32 thinks his weapon isn’t doing enough damage, millions of people are enjoying the game as is. Changing it because if a couple whiners is the worst thing you can do.
Thanks for you’re time, and I really hope you don’t change YOUR game because of some selfish teenagers.

Reach only got one real big update which in my opinion really made it a much better game. Also, there are some legitimate concerns from experienced players who actually do know something about how gameplay should work. Furthermore, a forum like this one should be a place to discuss those concerns. I agree there is no need for thousands of complaint threads but some of them are really justified and might in the end add to a better gaming experience. I hope you realize that before making a statement as the one above.

Fanboys are indirectly ruining the video game industry by eating whatever -Yoink- comes out of developers’ -Yoinks!-.
> Agreed. I hate when developers let their “fans” bully them
You are exactly right. I think Halo 4 is the best Halo game so far. Graphics are just beautiful to look at, sound quality from the guns firing is shockingly realistic, and the gameplay physics have been returned to pre-Reach conditions. No more having the warthog flip when a grenade is thrown 100 feet from you. Simply awesome work 343.
I have seen all the complaint threads and I have to say that I’m a little disgusted at the community. We have been given an awesome gift, yet the complaining never stops. You can’t please everyone.
The forums make up what 10-20 percent of the entire player base? The other 80 percent you don’t hear from, why, because there is nothing wrong with the game in their minds. This is a new game, with new features, you have to adapt to a situation. The people complaining are the ones refusing to adapt and change to a situation and expect the game to be built around their personal preferences. That’s not gonna happen.
Once again 343, you folks did an amazing job. This game will go very far if you stick to your guns and ignore the complainers.

Experience players who know how gameplay should work? I wonder I’d people even realize how ridiculous these types of comments are, as if they know more about gameplay mechanics than the people that get paid millions of dollars to develop them.
If a game gets released and there are aspects that people do not like, they are not entitled to complain until the game gets changed. That’s how the game was made, you either want to play it or you don’t. Simple as that.
This trend of gamers harassing developers about the most miniscule details to fit their desires is one of the most ridiculous and selfish things I have ever seen. And most of the time it does more harm than good.

Are those honestly the things you judge a game by? The graphics, sounds and physics?? You are right, 343 indeed did a great job on those things but in the end gameplay is the most important factor. Halo 4 is definitely not a bad game but some changes in gameplay are needed (see those so-called complaint threads).

The OP didn’t say “in my opinion” or “I think”.He stated a fact, not an opinion.
And this fact is wrong, since 4 has its flaws and problems as demonstrated by the amout of threads about this topic.

Negative criticism=/= whining. Besides whining is a tone of voice, you can tell that from text? Kudos

I felt the same way, but they had non-TU playlists

I disagree

Let them be the judge

Someone is self conscious lol Whose to say millions wouldn’t enjoy a lil change?

*your
And thanks for assuming that the people that are being critical are teenagers.

First off, I am not harassing anyone I am simply stating that some changes in gameplay might be needed. I am not harassing nor complaining, I am just giving my feedback. Secondly, developers know a lot about gameplay but they do not always get it right. That is why public beta’s and playtest laboratories are used. Input from those playing the game is always vital. But I guess you just do not understand that. Also, if developers always get it right then why did reach get a TU? Or any other game for that matter. And finally, "
If a game gets released and there are aspects that people do not like, they are not entitled to complain until the game gets changed"?? That’s some BS right there. How are developers supposed to change their game without feedback from the community?

Three million people bought this game…you think complaint threads from the same twenty people over and over speak for the majority?

No, definitely not. Re-playability is another. The second something is announced, automatically it is "OMG, you turned Halo into COD, this and that is OP, and I’m getting wrecked to much so change it. This game was tested very extensively. Yes it has a few minor issues. One issue in my opinion is regarding the join in progress. Many of the games I have played so far have put me into a game halfway over on the “losing team”. Already I’m at a disadvantage. I don’t mind joining games mid way through, but when the team is getting slaughtered and 2 players quit, I’m forced into a losing situation.

Nice argumentum ad populum man.
The game has its flaws,if the majoriy is unable to see them then the majority is wrong.
