I want to make some suggestions that you probably already have discussed but anyways here it goes I think that you should lower the affect of bullet magnetism i know its there for people with not so stellar aiming but if there is ranking then those people will be playing against other people who cant aim very well either so they really dont need it to do well. Aim assist was really nice in the beta, the hit-boxes i would say are too big maybe make those smaller and maybe make aim assist less strong the further away someone is, so across map shots are not frustrating like they usually are and it will make people move closer to each other for close engagement fights.
-less bullet magnetism
-aim assist was fine
-smaller hit-boxes
-aim assist weaker the further enemy is (if that is already a feature then make aim assist more weaker the further the enemy gets)
if anyone took the time to read this thank and i welcome some thoughts on the matter.
My first thought is “grammar check!” lol.
Other thoughts: the hit boxes were fine and the bullet magnetism just needs minor tweaking. Bullet magnetism has actually been in every halo, it was just not as easy to notice before. Hopefully they can tone it back and make it less noticeable.
Bullet magnetism>aim assist. With aim assist your crosshairs will always be locked on the person, so even if you aren’t good at aiming you can still get head shots.
With bullet magnetism, you still have to be shooting close to them.
Not that I like bullet magnetism.

Aim Assist isn’t very effective at keeping you locked on a person, I’ve always maintained. I mean, it’s great in PvE. Instant headshot on a Grunt as soon as I come out of cover, but I’ve never noticed it too much in PvP. That’s just me. I know for a fact that bullet magnetism is the only reason my SWAT stats are where they are, and that’s quite a bit worse than Aim Assist, imo.
