In the past 24 hours I have been kicked from 10+ Warzone and Arena games. That is a horrible problem that should be fixed immediately, especially now with all of the Holiday buyers coming in to play Halo 5. I have lost countless RP and XP boosts, and other Reqs that I have either earned with RP in game, or bought with my own money, which is highly unacceptable, and I know I’m not the only person having this problem. I understand it is the Holidays and you want to do absolutely nothing, but I would also like to play my games without having to worry about losing my money or my connection to the game that I paid for.
Releasing a a half -Yoinked!- working game is ridiculous and needs to be addressed with an update and some sort of compensation to the loyal players and customers in terms of Reqs or RPs. Otherwise, open up some sort of direct line of contact so people can contact you with their issues directly.
At least you’ve managed to get your game to load, my lovely piece of 343 software won’t install. Keeps stalling at 5% (and no clearing the cache and trying again doesn’t work) Still at least i don’t have to worry about being disconnected from a game!!!
Yeah I tried playing about 6 games today and was kicked out of 4 of them and now I’m banned from 343’s server mishaps. I can understand banning from quitting matches, but figure out a filter or something. I might have to buy CoD soon just to satisfy my FPS gaming, and I seriously hate CoD.
they really should release an update that patches this and fixes the losses we have gotten. It sucks because I lost 4 Legendary RP boosts in the past week. Unfourtunatley I’ll probably never get those back but it would at least be nice to get the game back up and running. Wink wink 343i
Microsoft owns 343 and Microsoft support is working. Only problem is when I contacted them about a problem with Halo 5 they referred me to Halo Waypoint forums and 343 support… Oh wait 343 Has no customer support nor does Halo Waypoint… Nice way to keep your loyal customers loyal ignore and do nothing… Playstation is starting to look more feasible and Halo games get forgotten then since they are xbox exclusive.
I haven’t been able to access req in at least a week. Everyone else in war zone is able to upgrade their weapons each level, but I’m stuck with pistols. After an arena match, I was banned for being idle even though I came in first. Wtf is going on
I’ve had problems with being disconnected and losing XP and sh*t and I just go on Titanfall and try again later. It has been better since 2016, but still not great! Hope they will fix it soon!
I’ve been having the same issues since the game came out. Constant lag and disconnects (people running into walls) then req cards not working and being stuck with AR and pistol the whole game while others calling in tanks. They really need to fix their issues with their servers. I have TWC, I heard that might be a factor idk. 343 whatever it is that needs fixed, FIX IT AND FIX IT NOW!
I feel your pain, I’m still waiting on a fix or update or something for the MCC. I actually avoided Halo 5 because I saw this coming from the way 343i handled Halo 4 and the MCC.
Thank god I did not buy this game I would be so disappointed… (A friend gave it to me for a couple of weeks) I’m having the same troubles as everyone and it does not get better because school started today and people are not supposed to play during lunch break, perfect conditions are set but even then it’s not working
