Yeah, I only wish 343 was as transparent. The Halo bulletin doesn’t really cover it for communication.
Some companies are just better than other companies in certain aspects. Communication is definitely not one of 343’s strong suits.
So they fixed glitches and balanced gameplay? But we don’t even have a file browser yet…

Neither is organisation, content delivery, or speed of patching. They suck at all four of them.

CoD Devs are usually very informative in what changes are being made to their games. And they actually do some very in-depth work when patching games. I don’t think I’ve ever seen them use the attitude that 343 is using. They usually stay involved with the community to some extent, definitely more so than 343. I remember the 74u becoming an issue in the first BO and the threads blew up. They ended up patching the gun not too long after. However being that 343 is Microsoft basically, people are better off calling Microsoft customer support than contacting 343. And if anyone has ever called Microsoft customer support you know the BK lounge has better service lol
When 343 knows what exactly will be fixed, they will tell us. With the last TU they told us what it took care of after it was up, just like with the game you linked to.
They don’t want to tell us they are working on specific things, just in case it has to be scrapped for the moment due to other bugs arising. We do know that the title update is in the works, will be coming “soon” and will cover balance and sandbox issues.
They are giving us just as much information as Bungie ever did…if not more. Cool your jets folks.
i hope it gets them thinking, listen to the community and fix all the problems asap

And if only 343 can keep their <mark>promise</mark> of giving the
specializations code to <mark>ALL</mark> of its costumers that brought halo 4.

You expect 343 to communicate on these forums when they are bat -Yoink- insane everyday? Look at the BO2 General Forums and you tell me which forum is more calm

Thank you for putting it out there sir. Frankly all these Halo “diehards” give the entire SERIES a bad rep with how they’re responding to any incident. I left COD because everyone was arrogant, and had they’re hands up there -Yoinks!- in 07, sure i played mw, and bought WaW, but guess what, have not, and will not buy another COD for a while, that is unless the halo “mlg” keeps opening up they’re traps, and complaining about everything. As for 33% price drop? Do you people not realise the 360 is in it’s LAST -Yoinking!- YEAR! At E3 they will unveil the nextbox, and release it probably late November, early December. But it take MONTHS to fix all bugs in a game, with ALL games, if that weren’t the case then i’d see a right to be mad, but no, every game goes through the same -Yoink-. If anything it’s you “diehards” forcing everything, complaining, getting what you -Yoinking!- want, but because it’s not the PAST you -Yoink-. Guess what, past is past, GTF OVER IT, eventually everything will be like you want, just calm the -Yoink- down. And btw, i been playing since CE. treyarch is definitely a role model when it comes to game support, but honestly, COD is anything but balanced gunplay, everything is a 2second TTK, so it doesn’t surprise me they have come up with an entire list of gun balances lol

I’ll bet you conveniently ignored all the complaints on there as well. Sounds familiar eh?
COD (the game the vocal minority on here are saying Halo isn’t standing up to) has just as many if not MORE complaints from fans than Halo 4. Doesn’t seem to be affecting their population any.
TL/DR: It’s not Halo 4 being bad, it’s a very discontent human populace in general that has nothing better to do online.
Halo 4 isn’t dead. It’s still second on the XBL charts. Explain that one hotshot! The only reason it doesn’t live up to past SHEER numbers is newly introduced competition in the online shooter gaming market. Therefore uniformitarianism cannot be applied and comparing it to past halos in population numbers is an unbased and statistically invalid claim.
Halo 4 is doing just fine, regardless of what whiners “imagine” is happening.

From what ive gathered from the hardcore Halo fans that rage on here all they do is rage rage rage and say 343 never responds to them and then never check the annonuncments page for a mention of their issues why ? because there to busy rageing to see the post stateing the january update thats bringing file share doubles and other -Yoink- i forgot cause im actully enjoying the game. Thing was posted like 2 weeks ago too.
