I was thinking, if anyone wanted to join me, I wanted to make a Heroic-LASO Campaign and MM Team/Squad made up of 4 people that I wanted to call Delta Team. (I don’t know why but I can’t get the name Delta Team out of my head -_-)
So for Campaign, I need a Second in Command/Medic person, a Heavy Weapons and Demolitions Specialist, and a Sniper/Marksman. I’ll explain later in the post. As for Matchmaking, we could just message each other what playlist each of us vote for a playlist (Evolved, Anniversary, Community, etc.) and then we pick which type of thing we want to do in the playlist we vote on.
I’ll explain the positions, and this can just be Campaign only if you want, a bit more:
Team Commander/Leader (Delta 1): Someone who guides the team through something if needed. But a leader for this team would always allows the rest of the team to give their opinions or change the leaders strategy. I was gonna occupy this role. Leaders can change if the team feels as the current leader does not deserve the role for specific reasons.

Second in Command/Sniper (Delta 2): Same role as the Team Commander if he/she is not available at the moment. Can also work as the Sniper/Marksman of the team which specializes in Long ranged combat.

Heavy Weapons and Demolitions Specialist (Delta 3): This person can specialize in heavy weapons and things that blow up. They don’t have to use those weapons most of the time, it’s just that they are the ones that are in charge of the things that I just said they specialize in.

Medic (Delta 4): The healer of the team. (Uses Drop Shield if applicable) But the healer option is if there are members of the team that are close to death and there is no health packs nearby and the closest drop shield is either too far away or is currently equipped on the medic.

The positions only apply to when we do campaign, in MM, anyone can use whatever they want.
Oh, and I hope everyone that joins (3 people are still needed right now) has a mic they can use, I don’t have a mic at the moment so I can only message people with the extremely tedious Virtual Keyboard but when I do have a mic I will not use the message thing for communication among the team

P.S. I mean in Halo 3, ODST, Reach, and eventually 4, not really going into Wars right now…
