Here's what I think needs fixing in H5 Grifball

Now, don’t get me wrong, Grifball is fun. However, here are the three main issues that hold it back. Keep in mind that this is my opinion, and that these are the issues that I have with it. If you have your own issues with how Grifball works in H5, be sure to reply to the post.

Now, on to the topic.
#1. Put a roof over the arena
The reason this should be done is because in every match, people keep -yoink-ing around by throwing the ball out of the arena, or actually grav hammering themselves out of the arena. One could argue:
"But wait! If a roof is placed over the arena, it’ll be dark due to the lighting system!"

My response is to place lights around the arena and roof. Problem solved.

#2. Remove Shields
Hear me out for a sec. Because of the shields, engaging in Hammer duels can be pretty annoying, as it usually knocks you both far back. In Halo: Reach, players didn’t have shields, yet it worked just fine.

#3. Add extra Grifball variants
I feel as though there should be multiple variants, like in Reach. One example is a completely stripped down version (disable sprint, and spartan abilities) like the Halo 3 version. Another example would be a variant with Swords only. It would help keep things fresh.

The forgers said there was an invisible block on the top of the court when the map was made. Unfortunately it was removed by an unknown glitch once the update dropped.

Really is a shame. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.

I think they should bring back overshields for the ball carrier and lower the grav hammer range back to its normal one from halo 4.
