Since I am in the preview program ( Big mistake on my part) and if something happens when I am downloading Halo 5, can I somehow download it on another console? Now I know you can download it again if it is bought on the marketplace, but mine is the LCE code. Will I still be able to download it on the other console to play it?

its digital so I would assume yes
yeah you can. it just transferes the licenses to that console. once you’ve signed out of that console and signed back into your home console, it won’t work anymore though.

As to answer your question, once you start your download a game it will appear in your my games and aps section
If for some reason you delete the game the game will then be transferred to the “games ready to install” section of my games and aps
If you change consoles the same thing applies, once the new console is set up you can redownload the game form the “games ready to install” section
