My one buddy for the last month I could never see him in the roster & it would do the ‘One or more players’ glitch all the time. I had him minimize his game with the large white guide button, press Menu (old school Start button) & ‘Quit’ the game. (making sure the game was shut down) Then on your Home screen press ‘Menu’ (Start) on the controller, select ‘Settings’ then go to ‘Privacy & Online’ on the middle left. Change your privacy off ‘Custom’ if that is set & put it on ‘Adult’ & apply/save it. Restart Master Chief. He immediately showed up in the roster, after one game his emblem/nameplate showed up, & we had no more ‘One or more players’ glitch ALL night. It seems a lot of these new bugs are tied to Privacy Settings. You can always switch back your Privacy later, just make sure you restart the game again fully.
Also, if that doesm’t work you could try creating a new account on the top left where your gamerpic is on the Home screen. Sign out, then ‘Add New.’ You can make up to 10 free Gold accounts as long as there is a regular Gold account on your Xbox One & you can play all your games on the system. This is if you simply want to play & you have been having trouble with your other account, as sometimes new accounts aren’t affected by the bugs & are already set to ‘Adult.’
Hope this helps until future patches!
P.S. The new Halo 4 playlist runs great & is a blast! I’d love to see a Multi-Team playlist with 4 teams of 3 with Crazy King in it across H2, H3, & H4 titles.
