I know what you meant but they nerfed the regular walking speed, so unless you like being a turtle and being a easy target, they’re stuck using it.

The “If you don’t like sprint, don’t sprint argument” is played out. I personally don’t like the addition of sprint because the game plays differently **knowing that all players are moving at the same speed.**It doesn’t make me hate Halo 5, but it does drastically change the dynamic of the game. Some people think that Halo plays better without it, but there is no definitive right or wrong answer. So to say that it’s integration is important to the game is not fact, but opinion.
I don’t dislike sprint, but I don’t see how that’s a solution.
Don’t like rockets? Don’t use them!
Don’t like OS? Don’t pick it up!
Are you serious? Just because you choose not to use it doesn’t mean it’s effects are going to magically disappear.
Sprint, don’t sprint; I never cared. It’s all up to you. I’m not about to tell anybody how they should play. All I can say is that you do you.

Neither is this thought good or original.
It’s not simply that people don’t like using Sprint, they don’t like what it does to the game. They don’t like that it elongates maps. They don’t like that people rush around without a care in the world. It’s not as straight forwards as “just don’t sprint.”
We already have a sprint thread linked below. Anyway, your thought doesn’t fix or help anything.
People will always find something to complain about. If halo were the same game today that it was 15 years ago they would complain that it hasn’t evolved enough. Now they are saying it’s evolving “too much”. 343 can’t win. No matter what they do people will complain. That’s just the nature of doing business though. Can’t make everyone happy unfortunately. On the topic of sprint though… I like it. I haven’t found a problem with it yet. Sure we could get into all the deep dark details about it but I’m not here to analyze the damn thing down to the last detail. I just want to have fun. Again, people will find something to complain about ALWAYS.
You aren’t taking into account why they hate sprint… you see they were going for a kill when some one was able to get to cover that they normally wouldn’t have gotten too. Then as they went after them they ended up getting killed… so they raged!!! Jumped up and did they controler throw yelling that is some BULLYOINK!!! He he only got away because of sprint. In their rage they kicked their tv over and slammed his console… then their mom heard all the ruckus and came in and gave them a beat down with a broom… and all of that happened because of sprint…

Just because people have the brains to know what produces negative effects and want it too be changed doesn’t mean they are simply just complaining. I could go on but I doubt you’d understand.

That’s cute. I’m sorry you took obvious offense to my comment. Appears having the “brains to know” also has the negative effect of being incapable of controlling ones emotions as well. Wanting something changed because you don’t like it is, by definition, a complaint. Do I need to explain that a complaint is an opinion (criticism) and an opinion can be both positive and negative?
