Halo is an amazing franchise, It is what motivated me to pursue my chosen career. It hurts me to hear all of the whining and complaining and quite frankly the horrendous attitude displayed from this community. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
You have yet to play the game. You have yet to experience it. 343i is pouring their hearts into this game, they are implementing changes that they think Halo may benefit from. Halo is not perfect. Halo CE was not perfect, neither was 2,3, or Reach.
BR fans: Remember that they have listened to you and given you your dearest wish. But keep in mind that people also like the DMR. Bloom is a function of the DMR. Get over it.
Armor abilities: Armor lock is gone, bubble shield is gone. Rejoice. There are no gameplay flaws with sprint (They are effing spartans… they can sprint.) Jetpack is fine. Hopefully camp gets fixed (Way OP in reach) 343 has removed the worst armor ability, so we should be happy.
The Grunts: Quit complaining, they got an extra toe. Big deal.
These are not atrocious changes, and if they don’t work guess what: THERE WILL BE UPDATES/FUTURE HALO TITLES THAT WILL FIX THE PROBLEMS!
Quit the whining and complaining, quit the posts that say “COD of Halo” or “I’m not buying H4”
Tired of hearing it. Wait till the game is out. Play it, if you don’t like it return it and get on with your life…

No it really isn’t… the community is one of my favorite parts (H.B.O, Rooster teeth etc.)
It is the recent swelling of whining recently which makes the forum goers here seem like such an awful group.

I agree with you OP, the people at 343i choose to work there because they wanted to work on Halo, they left promising jobs at Bungie, IW and other just for that, it says a lot. These guys even moved just to get that job, while the complainers at best has managed to write a post or two on a forum.
343i will do their best to make Halo 4 great and I’ll at least I’ve them a chance, even if they don’t make the perfect game at release, most issues can be patched.
If I worked at 343i I would be sick of people freaking out about a game they haven’t played. I don’t remember people being like this a few years ago. But I’m sure they were and I just have forgotten.

A very vocal group was very loud about disliking bloom and AAs. Most of their fears were confirmed with the beta and later reenforced with the release of Reach.
I find it odd that so many take issue with people speaking out about what they think of the new details about the game. Hypocrisy actually. I could go on and on about how great it all sounds and not one bk would have some clever “Can I borrow your copy of Halo 4” post.
Negative speculation for what ever reason ruffles feathers. I suggest you get over it.
