I need help deciding which Halo game(s) I should get for my bro. Problem, I need one without very much bad language. Can you help?

I don’t know if ODST has bad language. But any game online will have the bad language of the community, which frankly, is atrocious.
The only two that are currently out and have forge are Halo 3 and Halo Reach. Halo Reach has the better Forge, and less bad language in campaign, but Online is absolutely awful. However, you can set up his Xbox to not allow for anyone to hear him and him not to hear anyone that isn’t one of his friends. So go with Reach and then modify that setting would be my suggestion.
Reach has the worst Campaign, the most controversial online multiplayer, and the best Forge ever. Campaign is pretty much devoid of profanity but also devoid of humor.
3 has a wonderful Campaign, good online multiplayer that nobody plays anymore, and a very basic and clunky Forge. Campaign has a good sense of humor to it at times, but also some profanity (i.e. “Go back to planet jacka**, jacka**!”).
ODST has a good Campaign, amazing multiplayer but no Matchmaking, and no Forge. Not sure on the profanity there.
