No, it has to be directly from the 360 halowaypoint app
On the phone I don’t think you can. Although I definitely know you can get it through the 360 app.
No it’s not possible to get the “exclusive” helmets and chest piece from Reach. Only obtainable via the Xbox 360 Waypoint app.
