So I just tried to play Halo Reach on my Xbox One but it won’t load my rank or armor. It let’s me play but it’s like my servers are down. All of my friends have their armor and ranks but I don’t know how to fix mine.

There’s a thread here in the top few starting with “[343 response]” that you way want to read through regarding your issue. In the meantime though I’d keep playing unless it’s not saving your stats after each game - stats mean something but the rank and armor do not.
Try to ask in halo forum support
There appears to be some issues with Reach at the moment including matchmaking services and the ability to pull information / stats from your profile. 343 are aware and are currently investigating.
