hello, i’ve been a halo player ever since. already from the first Xbox, then with the release of halo wars I just loved this title anymore. so it’s very difficult for me to write here … I have a problem with an update of the game that for weeks prevents me from playing (and I think this is a very serious fact because of the money it has cost) … I tried everything, and I also called the assistance but nothing … is there a solution or will I have to abandon this title forever?

This is a known issue and has been investigated by 343 and escalated to the team at Xbox. Looks like Xbox have identified the issue and are working to fix, just a matter of waiting for that to happen.
