I keep getting profile sync errors in Halo 5! And before anyone asks my connection is perfect!
Is your problem the same as mine? because I have my own account, but the Halo website says I’m using my brother’s profile, instead of my own! This is my little brother’s profile, and it makes me look really bad.
Hard reset your Xbox and power cycle your modem
This should work 90% of the time unless either the xbl servers or the halo servers are experiencing problems
