HELLO NEED HELP

I have had halo since Christmas day and it hasnt worked since i try to play multiplayer and it says unable to comment to the halo 5: guardians lobby service PLEASE HELP REALLY NEED IT

I had an issue like that but it was with my entire Xbox, I solved that by turning the Xbox on, signing out and signing back in. You also might try restarting your Xbox or disconnecting it from your internet and reconnecting it.

Did you give it the hard reboot?
