My Xbox has been turning itself off repeatedly, during arena games, and I’ve been banned for 6 HOURS! Help!
That might be somehting you want to talk to Xbox Live Support about OP, your console may faulty. They will have some troubleshooting steps they can run throug with you 
Like Stckr said… XBL support will be best… From personal experience though… i had the same issue on my 360. It ended up being a faulty power block and I had to replace that. That fixed my issue. I am not saying that will be the same solution for you because the ONE and 360 are totally different. Just trying to pitch in what I know though.
