Whenever I am playing campaign it says “Saving…failed” and I dont know to fix it I have tried hard resetting my xbox and gas not worked.
A few things to try
- Physically power cycle the console Xbox Support
- Delete and re-install game
- Factory reset of Xbox one Xbox Support

A factory reset would be a last resort, I’d recommend restarting your internet connection; restarting your internet router or clearing your console’s alternate MAC address should clear things up.
