If I understand correctly, you bought Halo Championship Series pack and got the 343 skins with them but now they have disappeared?

Ok. You could try hard resetting your console - hold in the power button for 30 seconds and then start everything back up again. If that does not work I am not sure what else to suggest.
The skins themselves were not actually supposed to be given to the general public, there was a small glitch in the system that allowed a select few to get them. Although you were supposed to be able to keep them, perhaps some permission was reset? The Forum Team may have a better idea
