Hello I need help! I just bought a Xbox one for the sole reason to play the new halo…but I could only play halo for the first two days. Now every time I try to play arena or anything live it said “Could not find a server that was suitable for all members of your fire team”. I haven’t been able to play for 3-4 days now and extremely frustrating and I’m ready to take the Xbox one back so please help!
Where do you live? What playlist are you searching? Are you in a Fireteam? Where do the members of your Fireteam live? Is your NAT open on your router?
So assuming your xbl subscription is up to date, try a hard reset on your Xbox. Go wired instead of Wi-Fi. The game is unstable on Wi-Fi.
