Ya it’s from the movie Halo Legends, a collection of short stories taking place during various times and places in Halo. More specifically the short story The Babysitter. He’s the squad leader of an ODST team sent to kill a prophet alongside a Spartan. Fun fact, Dutch from Halo 3 ODST is on the team. You should watch it, it’s on Netflix. The whole movie is great!

Absolutely worth the watch. Origins part 1 and 2 are easily the most efficient way to get caught up on Forerunner lore for any casual fans that want to start diving deeper into the overall story of Halo
