Hey OP, what you would need to do is promote someone else to be the leader of your company - you can do that from the admin section of the company. After that you will be able to leave

Your profile says that you’re currently the leader of your company. For regular users, you can resign from the menu once you go to the company profile. There will be a link there that says resign
