So recently I finished opening all my packs, at 100% pretty much, so I went back to silvers to finish off missing emblems and a few mongooses.
i opened a silver and got RP back. I did this 3 times.
Now I know for a fact that I am still missing rare stuff, I am missing 3 common mongooses and a bunch of emblems. So why am I getting points instead of the leftovers?
Those emblems come from commendations that’s why
They’re locked behind commendations 
As above stated, the emblems are from commendations.
As for the 3 mongooses, most mongooses are only unlockable through bronze packs.

Really? I don’t ever recall opening bronze packs. I figured opening silvers the whole time was worth it

Yeah, you will probably need to hit those bronzes.

The urban, tundra, and another variation of Mongooses(gungooses not included) are only obtainable through bronze packs. Any other mongoose is obtainable in silvers.
If you got REQ points back then youre done with Silvers. the emblems youre seeing are ones from commendation completion only.
