Ive played halo 5 since launch and never had any problems. I was above rank 50 and had like 11,000 req points but two days ago I got on and I was rank one and had ZERO req points I thought it was Mabey just a glitch so I played a match and it just says sorry we can’t retrieve your data it’s been like this for two days I’ve tried everything reinstalling my profile restarting my xbox I even re installed the game but it still doesn’t work I thought it might be my gold membership but I can still play multiplayer on other games I really wanna play halo Please HELP
Their servers have been screwed up the last couple of days. Microsoft live takes care of the req’s. Both have been having problems. Unplug your Xbox for 5 seconds and plug it back in. That will clear your cache and reconnect you to the servers. See what happens. Hopefully it will update your Xbone.

Your profile still says you’re SR53 (I’m trusting you looked at your own profile first) so its probably just a sync error. You record still exists, its just not getting to your xbox right now.

This kind of thing usually happens when they reset the ranks.
I have the same problem and i had unplugged my xbox for 5 secs but it doesn’t works, what else could I do?

Once you are able to log in and sync successfully on the box, you will be ok.
I hard reset my xbox on the daily due to this issue.
