Hey everyone I needed some help redeeming my specialization code. I received it in an email and followed the instructions in the email to sue the code by clicking on the links. However When I went on my xbox and logged into my account I did not have the specializations. I checked my download history and it was not there. I also tried entered the code manually and it said that the code had already been used. Any help would be great.
If you opened the email & redeemed the code yourself, it should have automatically went into Active Downloads Q & downloaded as soon as you logged into your LIVE profile. Even then if it didnt load in-game, it would show up on your download history. If you did in-fact open & redeem your email code, i dont know what to tell you if you cant find it in download history.
