Hello fellow Halo players,
I am, like a lot of people, trying to 100% every Halo game before Halo 4. I have finished Halo 3, ODST, Reach, and have started CE Anniversary. Halo Wars seems like it will be the most challenging however and I was wondering if those who have 100% this game can help me.
I have 41/58 and am still only a Recruit online. Could someone tell me how long it took to get each of these achievements?
Adjudicate the Arbiter- Complete Campaign on Heroic Difficulty
Detour the Great Journey- Complete Campaign on Legendary Difficulty
Mr. Punctual- Finish all Missions Under Par on Heroic
Wall of Recognition- Get Gold Medal on every Mission
OMG BFF FTW- Complete the Campaign on Co-op
Officer on Deck- Reach Lieutenant
Running the Show- Reach General
Ready for the Sequel- 100% Completion
24 hours of Quality- Play Halo Wars for at least 24 Hours
All DLC Achievements
If anyone has any tips for these that would be appreciated.
Also, if anyone wants to help me out my GT is Gamma175, I could help you with any other Halo game or even another game as long as I own it.
Thanks for your help.
I am sorry to break it to you but it is very unlikely that you shall max this game in a matter of week’s, I have found that Halo:Wars takes time to rack up the achievement’s. Also you shall find it hard because of the ‘Running the show’ achievement [Obtain General rank on multiplayer] - which is one I’m close to getting, To get from Recruit to General in a few weeks would be miraculous. But I may be completely wrong and some people, and I’m sure some probably have; maxed the game in a short time.
Just to note though- Complete the campaign on Legendary achievement (and therefore giving all the achievements for below difficulties) is not too ‘hard’. It is do-able in a couple of days or even a day in my experience. But I would advise doing it co-op with another player. My advise would be to simply rack up as many campaign achievement’s as possible in the time you have and you will have a satisfying amount compared to many other Halo:Wars player’s, I’m currently at 975G for this game and with the ‘Running the Show’ achievement it will take me over 1000G for this game and with that I shall be more than satisfied going in to Halo4.
Last thing, you will find it hard to max out also because of DLC mulitplayer achievements, no-one and I mean 0 people when I say this, plays the DLC game modes. You would be lucky to find a game on one unless you arranged for someone to play
I shall be playing Multiplayer for this game regularly this week as it is half-term holiday from College for one week. So if you want to play some mulitplayer My GT: Mart96 x
Also just a bit more info about your question;
‘Play for 24 hours’ you will do without noticing, trust me it’s easier than it sounds.
‘Ready For The Sequel’ - will require you to find all skulls and black boxes on campaign, will require you to complete the game on Legendary difficulty. I’m not sure if you have to complete the game on Co-op but it is likely. I think you may have to get all Gold medals as well.
Which brings me on to my next point;
‘Wall of Recognition’ - to get the gold medals you need high scores on campaign missions, to get high scores I would advise you do a Legendary play-through and do all Secondary-Objectives on missions while also doing the missions in as little time as possible.
