i keep asking this question and i’ve got no reply is the halo 2 stats on halo waypoint for xbox or pc

does anyone now why they choose halo 2 xbox stats instead of pc because the xbox servers went down about 4 years ago

since they updated waypoint again they should give it a little tweak so that they can keep track of halo 2 vista stats and achievements

Halo 2 Vista doesn’t support matchmaking so we’d likely just see people sitting in custom games boosting their stats.

The Halo 2 stats here are more for legacy than anything.

well yea it had browser lists to be correct

i know halo 2 vista had a quickmatch system but it would send you into a game that’s on the browser lists

wait i remember on the previous version halo waypoint that the halo 2 service record said it tracks campaign not multiplayer but the new version says it tracks multiplayer either this was a typing error or it really did track campaign on the last version of waypoint but i don’t think on halo 2 you could play campaign over xbox live and bungie did not stat track campaign which was a lack of coop i believe but correct if i’m wrong because i never played halo 2 online on the xbox

i know that you can play halo 2 on pc on games for windows live but that is xbox live on pc because while you are on xbox live you can see on your friend lists or recent players that the person is halo 2 pc and i think u can play halo 2 online to get achievements over xbox live or gfwl

i read on halopedia.org on a page about halo waypoint where it talked about how halo 2 vista had the game stats tracked but the achievements were not

I can tell you for sure that a couple of years ago when I finished the campaign, waypoint did NOT keep track of those stats. I understand the whole boosting the multiplayer achievements and that someone somewhere thinks people are only doing that to get their gamerscore up, but people do this with ALL of the Halo games that have multiplayer.
