My friend has a problem, every time he tries to play forge, he receives the following message:

Anyone knows what to do in this case?, if there is a specific setting? He can play forge in Halo:MCC and Halo:Reach, we tried a lot of things in settings and did research but we found nothing.
Only guess is to completely shut off the xbox (cut power to it) and then retry loading. I had a similar issue and that worked for me.
We tried that, actually I think he has this problem since he installed the game several months ago, we gave up but recently we tried again and still nothing.
