I really suck at firefight. When I play I can see my teammates getting pretty far away from the main base and expanding easily while I am always struggling for resources. Any built that I should follow? Any advice?

While I’m no pro, there are people like Jocher and Sgt Palooggoo that can help way more than I can, but nonetheless I’ll give some advice.
Focus on supplies in the first few minutes of the game, while power is important it’s expensive to produce and it’s uses are more focused for things after the 5 minute mark. Also train units with those supplies, and if you’re UNSC focus on units and turrets. If you’re banished you have a bit of a disadvantage as your grunts and turrets are worse compared to UNSC. So if you’re having trouble then use UNSC. The hardest waves are usually the first 5 waves. The boss wave is the real killer. Whether it’s a scarab or a bunch of Alices you still have to kill them. So turrets will be your best friend. Don’t forget to use the healing field that is in the terminus. If you lose a spire early on in the game then I’d suggest restarting but that’s your choice if you want to keep going.
If your playing as the Banished use Unstable Barrels, if you time it right you can defeat an entire wave in a slit second.
Also if your UNSC build snipers, Marines and Turrets.

The achievement you’re referring to is “Ka-Ching!” which is to destroy 20 bonus drops, not waves.

Thanks man. Yes, yes. That is right… Have you done it? I have played tons of matches but nothing. This is the only achivement that I have left in the game

yup, those are the drops that come down after every few waves that contain supplies, health, energy, and veterancy
