I had Blue Flames on Halo Reach when Bungie released the app for iPhone but my Xbox messed up afterwards so I bought a new Xbox and had to make a new account (for several issues) and now that 343 owns all Halo rights, I cant get my Blue Flames on my new account.
Can anyone help me get my Blue Flames on my new Xbox/account?
You can’t get it again. It’s binded to a Nameplate and the Nameplates aren’t supported anymore and won’t be in-future.
The only way you can get it back is to download your old profile again. If this is not an option you will have to go without.

Red flames can only be obtained by purchasing the Legendary edition of the game and getting an unsused code. 7 years after release, this is going to be almost impossible now.
Blue flames are unobtainable and have been so since 2011
