I bought the limited edition, did the codes as usual and when I try to access waypoint my screen goes blank and I have to restart my xbox! And when I go to on Forward unto dawn on here, it says I need the limited edition! Which I do!! Someone please help! Been playing Halo since the first one!
Try deleting and reinstalling Waypoint on your Xbox. I had the same issue with Waypoint, and that fixed it!
As for the Forward Unto Dawn issue, let us know if you can access it from the Xbox Waypoint (if it starts working for you). I haven’t heard of this issue, but try that!
I am also having issues launching Waypoint from my Halo 4 game title screen. I have the Halo 4 Limited Edition with the Forward Unto Dawn Special Edition, I am not having problems watching it though(if I launch Waypoint from the dashboard), only having problems with Waypoint/Halo crashing when trying to launch Waypoint from the Halo 4 title scree. It works fine when I launch it from the Xbox Dashboard but not when launching it from within the Halo 4 game… I have uninstalled and reinstalled Waypoint 3 different times now - (first time: just a basic uninstall/reinstall, second time: an uninstall, cleared system cache, and then reinstall, third time: I uninstalled Waypoint, shut down and restarted my Xbox, then cleared my system cache, shut down and restarted my Xbox again, I then reinstalled Waypoint and it worked the first time after reinstalling it from the Halo 4 title screen but it has not worked again since, it keeps crashing). Strangely enough the last two times I reinstalled and then immediately tried using Waypoint through Halo 4 it had no problems loading the very first time after the reinstall but since turning my Xbox off, booting up the game, and then trying to launch Waypoint again it does the same black screen of death. Please Help!!! I have been having this problem ever since Halo 4 launched…
