KMAR here!
The Phoenix Empire is looking for soldiers with special skills on the battlefield for our newest division, Fireteam Romeo. Now, normally you wouldn’t need to try out for Phoenix, but this is different.
I’m looking for the best of the best marksmen (or women), pilots, assassins, and overall badasses. BUT there are some criteria concerning personality:

Badmouthing is highly discouraged. Or rather, smashing other members. If you’re talking about an opponent, try to keep it to a minimum, or at least make sure you’re not screaming into the mic.

If you’re K/D or CSR or whatever the hell is better than another member’s, don’t belittle them. Phoenix show respect toward their fellow soldier, and especially their commander.

I may be your commander, but I want to see teamwork and leadership within the group as well. If I can’t make it to a battle, or if you’re playing without me, I want to be confident we’re not embarrassing ourselves.
Tryouts will either be a private custom lobby, in which there will be a series of best-of-3 knockouts, or you will be asked to take part in 1 of 3 specialist challenges, depending on wether or not we get enough applicants.
There must be 8-14 applications (leaving room for spectators). Your application should include:
-your GT
-your K/D (number of kills and deaths, not ratio)
-your top CSR
-your timezone (keep it simple; EST, PST, etc.)
Send a message to DarknesSxKMAR with all these credentials, and I will add you as a friend if there is space for you. You will be considered a recruit. When I’ve received maximum applications, or I stop receiving them, recruits will get a message from me saying either when the lobby will be held, or what your challenges to choose from are.
