Hey Waypoint. I created a channel called RookieMachinimas where I record gameplay, machinima body acting sessions, and talk about different things ( mostly machinima related). But I want to broaden my topics to things that connect with others so I can get out there.
If you have a suggestion please post you ideas below and if you have any gameplay videos that are already recorded and willing to donate let me know cause I don’t have a lot of the to record my own. Not to mention I don’t have a lot of games other than halo mostly.
As a bonus I’ll give some lucky people the chance to be a guest speaker for their topic.
Well I’m assuming the demographic you want to reach is mainly the Halo Community, in which case you’ve got a huge range of topics which you can talk about. The biggest one as you can probably see from these forums is clans.
If you start making videos on clans you have a huge pond to fish from.
You can make a videos on how to start clans, how to run one, how to structure one, how to recruit members, how to get your clans name out there. How to train your members, defensive tactics during raids, offensive tactics in raids.
You could also do clan spotlight videos where you focus on a clan, it’s history, it’s structure, it’s members, it’s uniqueness. You could do an entire series on just the different types of clans. Militarised, Community, Brotherhood, Sangheli, Competitive, Forging, Casual, Mercenary, Propaganda to name a few.
You could then make videos on clans bases, how to make one, the differences between various clans architecture.
You could even then do videos on how they interact through organisations such as TOTL and The Nexus.
Seriously, just on the subject of clans along you could produce a hell of a lot of videos. I’d be willing to help you out if you needed it, My clans been in the game a long time and to ensure they have the best training possible I regularly ask to observe other clans training sessions. The differences are huge between clans.

I love this idea. I just came up with an idea: I can do a behind the clan thing where I can test out different clans( like initiation tests) while talking about the history or info of the clan.
Think I can do such a thing this Saturday? Just to start this off? And since it’s your idea would you like to be the clans spokesman?

Hey gamers…I know that you don’t know me and my channel but due to some emotional problems I had lately I’m asking for your help. I want to upload a video on my channel on the topic of (cyber)bullying. Problem is that I feel afraid of doing this topic and posting this and I don’t know what to actually say.
So why am I looking to you? I would like to know your views about it. I want to collect views, voice recordings, quotes of how serious this is, and to put into a video. I want to help others who, like me, are constantly being bombarded with negative comments, verbal harassment, and other stuff. If you are willing and able to with post or send a voice recording on your personal views that would be great.
